Navigating your dashboard

The dashboard is everything that's yours — your listings, your bids, your messages, your saved searches, your business profile. It's the side of Haubot the public never sees. This is a quick map of what lives where.

You get here from any page via Avatar menu → Dashboard, or directly at /dashboard.

The sidebar

The desktop sidebar (left side) groups your activity into a few areas. On mobile the same items live in the bottom nav and a slide-out menu.

Listings & deals

• My Listings — everything you've published, drafted or had moderated. Edit, pause, repost or convert to auction from here.
• Auctions — auctions you've created, auctions you're bidding in, and auctions you've won. Active auctions show the current price and remaining time.
• Auction Access — requests to bid in your own auctions (when you're using bid gating).
• Disputes — open disputes you're a party to, with their current arbitration round and next action.
• Wallet — escrow balances, settled payouts, fees and transaction history.

Marketplace activity

• Saved — listings and saved searches you've flagged. Saved searches can notify you when new matches appear.
• Trade Hub — your TradeHub side: inquiries you've posted, responses you've received, providers you're following.
• Trade Circles — circles you've created (and member management) plus circles you've been invited to or have requested access to. See What are TradeCircles.
• Following — businesses you follow. New listings and posts from them surface in your feed and notifications.

Communication

• Messages — direct chats and group chats with other businesses. Threaded by listing/inquiry/auction context. See What is Messenger.
• Notifications — full history of platform notifications. Settings for which channels (Discord, Telegram, email, in-app) deliver what. See Notifications.
• Network — your posts, your feed, who follows you. The social side of Haubot.

Account

• Business profile — edit the public business profile, manage office locations, contact methods, verification documents. See Setting up your business profile.
• Profile — your personal account info: name, avatar, language preference.
• Settings — sign-in methods (password, passkeys), connected accounts, notification preferences, language.
• Reviews — reviews left for your business, with the option to respond publicly.
• Analytics — listing views, search appearances, conversion rates. Useful for understanding which listings perform.
• Verification — submit documents to verify your business profile if you haven't already.

A few useful shortcuts

• Cmd/Ctrl + K — global search across the platform (when supported).
• New listing button — appears in the sidebar regardless of which dashboard page you're on.
• Notification bell — top of every page; click to see recent notifications without leaving the current view.
• Switch business profile — if your account is linked to multiple business profiles, the avatar menu lets you switch which one you're acting as.

What's not in the dashboard

• The public marketplace, auctions, news, docs and your business profile page all live outside the dashboard and are accessible without signing in.
• Other businesses' profiles, listings and posts — viewed from the public side.

Mobile

The dashboard is fully functional on mobile, with a bottom nav for the most common destinations (Listings, Messages, Network, Profile) and a slide-out menu for everything else. Notification settings have a separate mobile guide in Notifications.
